Take :

one capsule of urell® per day (36mg of PAC),
      swallowed whole with a large glass of water

or

one sachet of urell® per day (36mg of PAC),
      diluted in a large glass of water.

or

one teaspoonful per day (36mg of PAC)
      diluted in a large glass of water.

In case of discomfort, a minimum of 15 days consumption is recommended. It is advised to take 2 dosis of Urell the first two days (2 capsules / day or 2 teaspoonfuls / day) to increase bacterial anti-adhesion effect. Cranberry has a time-dependant and dose-dependant effect: The intake of 2x 36 mg PAC (using the BL-DMAC method) per day ensures a maximum effect over a period of 24 hours and reduces optimally the binding of certain bacteria E. coli to the walls of the urinary tract*. If discomfort persists, you have to consult your doctor or pharmacist.

To avoid recurrences, we recommend to take urell® for a continuous period of 30 days, and repeated as needed throughout the year. On your doctor’s advice, the consumption of Urell may be limited to the periods where discomfort most currently occurs. (Sexual intercourse, pregnancy, summer times).

urell® is intended for individuals susceptible to occasional or recurrent urinary disorders.
These are mostly women, but urell® is also suitable for children (3 years and older, preferably in the sachet form) and for men.

urell® may be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

A nutritional supplement should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet.

Drink regularly and take in sufficient fluids (water, tea, etc.) to encourage elimination.

Urinate regularly (4 or 5 times per day) and always after sexual intercourse.

Adopt adequate, but not excessive, intimate hygiene.
